Campus Security Manager till Securitas
The campus security manager (CSM) leads a team of site security personnel, including site managers, field training officers, and security officers and is accountable for delivery of physical security related services at one or more assigned datacenters in a geographic area. The CSM is responsible for the leadership development of the people that report to them, while also accountable for security operations delivery at these datacenters.
The CSM partners with Security and Datacenter Operations senior leadership and management teams to help drive operational effectiveness, superior performance, and audit readiness. Responsible for preserving an environment where people and property are safe and well-protected, the CSM utilizes their professional experience to manage people with varying skillsets and develops effective strategies to drive improvement.
The CSM reports directly to the regional security manager, works alongside other site security managers in their metro area, and manages Security Team Manager (STM).

Qualifications
We require you to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as reporting and communication will take place in both languages. Since you will need to travel to and from various locations, a valid driver's license (category B) is required. Since you will be working as a leader, we consider leadership experience a requirement.
Specific requirements:
- Approved high school grades in Swedish and English
- Valid cetegory B driver’s license
- Experience in management
You will work extensively with Microsoft Office and other digital environments, and if you have previous experience with these, it is a plus but not required. Experience working with security or in the security industry is also considered an advantage.
As a person, you are honest, helpful, and alert, and you make your colleagues feel safe. Taking responsibility comes naturally to you, and you easily recognize the needs of others. We are looking for someone who is security-conscious, social, and has a positive attitude. The work pace can sometimes be high, which requires stability. You have multitasking capabilities and good communication skills since you will work daily with other data centers in the Nordics.

- The position is full-time, during daytime hours, with a start date according to agreement. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
