We at Randstad Engineering are now looking for a R&D Project Manager in order to strengthen our client in their effort to make sustainable, reliable, and economically viable energy a reality. This through a consulting assignment in Finspång where you will be handling and overseeing various project-related tasks and contributing to successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities, as an R&D Project Manager, covers: 

- Responsibility for time, cost and technical scope in project

- Manage the project team on a day to day basis

- Direct, develop and motivate the project team

- Collaborate with program managers and/or related projects to ensure that work is not duplicated or overlooked

- Responsible for project deliverables capable of achieving the benefits in the specified business case.

Qualifications

We think that you, 

• Have a very driving and target oriented personality with good analytical capabilities

• Are used to deliver according to a defined time schedule and have a clear customer focus

• Have minimum, a bachelor degree (Science)

• Are solution oriented and have good networking skills

• Have minimum of 3 years professional PM related experience

• Having experience from handling agile projects is valuable.
