We are looking for an additional colleague to join as a Quality Engineer in our factory in Falkenberg.

In the factory in Falkenberg we are around 340 employees. We are a modern organization with high technology machines and mindset. Technology development and upgrading project are constantly on our agenda. Our productions are within fast moving consumer goods. In our factory we are producing diapers, incontinence products mostly for markets within Central- and East Europe.

Job description:

About the role

This role is a permanent position without probation period. As a Quality Engineer, you are responsible for continuous improvement of quality processes which in turn improves our quality KPIs continuously. You act as a role model for safety and quality support the safety and quality improvements. You develop the capabilities tools to assure the right follow up of processes and products and train RST and operation crews regarding quality subjects e.g. product specification, quality checks and other quality routines.

Furthermore, you are responsible for : 



•Handling and investigation of internal nonconformities (blockings) in close cooperation with production team the way that we are continuously improving our quality results.
•Handling product complaints
•Following up the trend of internal nonconformities and setting up priorities to focus areas.
•Following up the trend of Quality specification compliance and proposing corrective actions.
•Training operators in quality standards and identifying needs for further development.
•Developing and improving current standards for checking quality based on needs.


You have the authority to : 



•represent the quality department in internal and external forums
•in agreement with the Quality Manager, make decisions on quality issues for the factory


Depending on your background, you might : 



•Execute internal audits according to our standards
•Prepare validation plan, execute and summarize for innovation projects
•FMEA - participate for innovation projects


You will report to Quality Manager and belong to a team of six.


Required profile:

Who You Are : 

You are passionate about people, quality and about providing excellent support towards the line and colleagues. To be successful in the role you need to be a communicative team-player who operates with a positive and pragmatic can-do attitude, embracing driving change management and dealing with ambiguity and complexity. You have a flexible and thorough approach and is capable to work independently.

You have:



•Minimum requirement of bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferable technical or chemistry) or equivalent experience
•Excellent written and spoken fluency in English and Swedish
•Experience working with validations is a merit
•Experience from working in a production site is a merit
•Understanding how processes and product specifications are connected is a merit
