We are looking for an additional colleague to join as a Project Engineer in our factory in Falkenberg.

In the factory in Falkenberg we are around 330 employees. We are a modern organization with high technology machines and mindset. Technology development and upgrading project are constantly on our agenda. Our productions are within fast moving consumer goods. In our factory we are producing diapers, incontinence products mostly for markets within Central- and East Europe.

About the Role

This role, is a permanent position without probation period. As a Project Engineer you are the owner of the projects you supervise and you make sure that all the parties involved are constantly informed about the current situation and have the right information at their disposal so that the right decisions can be made. Together with your colleagues, enthusiastic professionals with their own areas of expertise, you do not shy away from a challenge. Everything takes place in a complex factory environment where logistical and technical processes are closely coordinated. We use the principle that all projects are delivered FTR (First Time Right). For the projects assigned to you, you make the necessary time, resource and communication plans yourself, you make the investment requests and you ensure the follow-up.


•Driving projects within the organization through different areas such as production and logistic.
•Successfully delivering projects for multiple stakeholders
•Motivating the team members to achieve the set goals

Required profile:

To be successful in this role, you possess analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills. You are a person who draws energy from motivating skilled people and drive the team along in changes. You thrive in collaboration with others and can communicate with people on all levels of the organization and with external parties. Finally, you are proactive where it also comes natural for you to actively seek new ways to grow and find new ways of working.


•University degree in Engineering with/or interest in (process) automation or similar
•3+ years of work experience in project management in industry
•Solid knowledge of Project Management
•Good Knowledge of MS Office tools
•Fluent in English and Swedish, verbal and written
