Are you ready for an exciting opportunity in a leading FMCG company with a strong presence in the Nordic market? You will oversee key markets in Norway, Denmark, and Sweden, managing well-known brands with significant market share.

The role as Interim Brand Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and driving brand strategies across Scandinavia while supporting onboarding new brand management resources for Norway and Denmark. You will be the bridge between the outgoing brand manager and the new team, ensuring a seamless transition. The interim period is expected to last about 6 months, with potential for extension depending on company needs.

You will also temporarily manage the Swedish market, maintaining the growth and profitability of core brands while working closely with the sales teams to ensure local relevancy and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and optimize brand strategies for Norway, Denmark, and Sweden.
  • Analyze brand performance and suggest improvement actions.
  • Support in developing competitive product assortments.
  • Provide input for the future brand strategy and contribute to ongoing projects.
  • Ensure collaboration with sales to drive local growth targets.
Experience, knowledge and skills
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in FMCG brand management. Preferably more.
  • Strong knowledge of 360 marketing and a commercial mindset.
  • Proven track record in project management.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong command of English and preferably Norwegian or Danish

    Good to know:

    This is a temporary assignment through Hammer & Hanborg by Jurek starting as soon as possible, before the first of December. The role can be based in Stockholm or Oslo. Hybrid working is available, with a minimum of three days a week in the office.

    The interim period is expected to last about 6 months, with the potential for extension depending on company needs.
