WLA business language is English, and we do not require any Swedish language skills. This position is a full-time position in our Lidköping office. We do NOT offer remote work. Interviews are held in person, in Lidköping.
As an SEM Specialist, you will be responsible for driving organic traffic to our website and improving our online visibility. You will utilize your expertise in SEO strategies, email marketing, Google Ads, on-page SEO, and page speed optimization to achieve our business objectives.

Monday-Tuesday 14:00-23:00 Preferable. (Can be adjusted to 09:00-18:00)
Wednesday-Friday 09:00-18:00
Salary Range: 25,000-35,000 SEK according to candidate's experience and background.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data, identify conversion barriers, and implement effective SEO strategies to drive revenue growth, increase conversions, improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Track, report and analyze website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage campaign expenses, ensure staying on budget, estimate monthly costs
- Conduct technical SEO audits, monitor website performance and identify website issues (page speed, etc) that impact search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with web developers, designers, product managers and other roles to implement various strategies and resolve the issues that impact search engine rankings.
- Implement and manage effective link-building strategies to improve website authority and search engine rankings.
- Perform ongoing keyword research, expansion and optimization.
- Collaborate with content writers and support them with SEO guidelines.
- Research our competitors with similar branding, stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and insights to refine existing campaigns and achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Standard English Proficiency: B2 level or equivalent
- Industry-related Academic Background: Attended specific marketing/SEO courses and industry-related educational programs
- Industry Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, technical SEO, different tool usage
- Proven Experience: Worked as an SEM Marketer or similar role with a strong track record of successful SEO campaigns and improvements in organic search rankings
- Customer Lifecycle Expertise: Obtain, convert, retain, and engage customers
- Familiarity with Email Marketing: Experience creating and executing effective email campaigns, familiarity with platforms such as Mailchimp, etc
- IT Proficient: Comfortable navigating digital tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics
- CRM Proficiency: Preferably experience using HubSpot
- Website Management: Competence in running and maintaining websites
- Communication & Analytics: Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use insights to make strategic choices
- Event Participation: Experience representing businesses at various events
- Hands-on experience with WordPress
- Working experience in IT companies
- Experience in planning, creating, and executing social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive website traffic
- Hands-on experience in email marketing
