This is us, your new team:   We are a diverse logistics engineering team at the Tuve Plant, consisting of 20 engineers dedicated to both performance and transformation. We are responsible for maintaining and developing the internal material flows and supporting the masterplan and roadmap for the plant. We work closely with other local and global logistics departments, manufacturing engineers and project managers.  Main activities and responsibilities:  In this role, you will be responsible for supporting both operational and strategic logistics flows of the plant, ensuring efficient and optimized processes. You will play a key role in developing and refining internal and external logistics processes, leveraging lean manufacturing principles and engaging stakeholders by clearly explaining facts, requirements, and best practices. Additionally, you will communicate the need for industrial adaptations and support the development of new processes and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.  A significant aspect of this position will be contributing to the plant's automation strategy for internal logistics, identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency. You will need to combine theory and practice to see possibilities and limitations of existing and evolving technologies. Also consider how to responsibly apply these in various situations. You will also generate and participate in studies aimed at developing our working methods and standard procedures, driving continuous improvement throughout the organization. You can work independently and take your own initiative as well as collaborating with others in a cross-functional team. You are driven by constantly developing yourself and your surroundings.  Required knowledge/experience: * BSc or MSc in engineering or equivalent.  * In this truly global program, communication will be in English, hence you need to be fluent in both speaking and writing in English. Proficiency in Swedish is a requirement for this position. * Maximum two years of previous full-time working experience, prior to or after graduation. Work during studies are not included.  * Valid work permit for Sweden if not a citizen.  * Excellent computer and Excel skills.  * Communication skills and stakeholder analysis experience. * Demonstrated interest or experience in automation/technology development.  * Previous experience in a production organization is advantageous.   * Business Analyst competence within simulation/optimization tools, data analytics and visualization is a great advantage as well as basic programming skills.  Discret event simulation knowledge is an advantage.  Last Application date: 27th of November.
