Head Chef

Villa Mat is a cateringcompany founded in 1976 in Skien, Norway. We have a large Villa for events like weddings, jubilees,concerts and company events. Our kitchen and small coffeshop/café is detatched from the Villa (Villa Fløyen). In addition to this we have two canteens, and cater to a number of buisinisses. Job description: The Head chef (HC)will have control over shift-lists, place orders end keep stock. HC will also be responsible for following up menues and menu-development. HC will also manage the food and Health regulations according to the Norwegian food-safety regulations (Mattilsynet) Skills: Experienced chef. Knowledge of Nordic, French, classic cuisine is beneficial. Must speak English at conversational level, or a Scandinavian language. Drivers licence Working hours and place of work: Work hours will vary from week to week, but will be within Norwegian work law of monthly hours.
