Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Rebuild and Vehicle Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all rebuild requests.
• Own and maintain the process for managing rebuild requests.
• Oversee the incoming flow of rebuild requests for vehicle modifications.
• Schedule requested and approved rebuilds to align with the vehicle and test calendar.
• Provide support to requesters with inquiries related to rebuilds, including estimated time and best practices.
• Ensure requesters provide all necessary information and materials for the rebuild.
• Coordinate parts, staff, and workshop activities for rebuilds.
• Maintain a comprehensive list of rebuilds and their status (Requested, Decided, Completed).

What You Bring:

• Social and Outgoing: Ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of vehicle components, including clutches, turbochargers, prop shafts, etc.
• B Driving License: Valid B category driving license.
• Detail-Oriented and Analytical: Keen eye for detail with an analytic mindset to determine what is “good enough.”

Meriting:

• Truck Knowledge: Familiarity with trucks and truck components.
• Customer Experience: Previous experience working with customers.
• C/CE Driver’s License: Possession of a valid C/CE driving license is a plus.
