Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Lead the industrialization efforts for new products, ensuring efficient setup of supply chain and manufacturing processes within the Critical Care business area.
• Plan and coordinate activities and resources for the industrialization segment of projects.
• Develop project plans and investment budgets for industrialization.
• Regularly report progress to steering groups and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Collect and distribute knowledge and experiences from completed projects and ongoing production.
• Ensure project work adheres to quality systems and given instructions.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to New Product Introduction and the team’s work areas.

What You Bring:

• Higher academic education such as a Master of Science, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
• Proven leadership abilities with a background in project management.
• Previous experience in supply chain, manufacturing, technical project management, or production engineering.
• Excellent communication abilities, fluent in both English and Swedish, with experience presenting in diverse settings.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for MedTech products or similar industries.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• General IT knowledge, including proficiency in Office and project planning tools.
