Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Lead and coordinate development projects, acting as a liaison between business and technology.
• Proactively and autonomously drive development efforts, providing regular updates to management based on prioritized areas.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliveries and integration between different systems.
• Report test results and update decision logs with relevant data.
• Validate delivery plans and facilitate requirements management activities, including analysis, collection, and documentation.
• Collect and document requirements from the business and partners, ensuring specifications are clear and comprehensive.
• Act as a point of contact between stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure quality throughout the lifecycle of digital projects and assist in the implementation of products, new partners, and projects for smooth integration.
• Document processes, develop and maintain test plans, scenarios, and procedures for digital projects.
• Evaluate and propose tools and technologies to enhance quality assurance and efficiency.
• Drive initiatives according to the business plan, support test work in operation and management, and adopt a risk-based approach to manage IT risks.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in developing, training, and leading teams in system development and implementation.
• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with GDPR, information security, IT development, and product development.
• Strong ability to organize and structure IT work, with experience in negotiations and the ability to describe, model, visualize, and analyze complex structures.
• Advantageous if you have experience with platforms from Jaycom and have worked as a tester, requirements analyst, and/or test leader.
• Experience in the banking or finance industry is highly beneficial.
