Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Leading projects in complex environments, managing stakeholders, and decision-makers.
• Navigating and balancing agile and conventional development methods.
• Ensuring team well-being, delegating tasks, and coaching team members to meet expectations and agreements.
• Interacting with individuals in various positions within the company to communicate project status and required actions.
• Presenting and facilitating steering group meetings in an international context.

What You Bring:

• Relevant university education.
• Several years of experience in product development, purchasing, logistics, production, or industrial engineering.
• Extensive project management experience.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, with the ability to communicate effectively with high management and steering groups.

Meriting:

• Knowledge of electrical systems and/or embedded systems in vehicles.
• Possession of a C/CE driver’s license.
