Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Operation Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Analyze and understand the technical flow of the existing solution built on MS Access.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the customer’s infrastructure setup.
• Develop a plan to build a similar solution firmly on the customer’s infrastructure.
• Implement the technical solution from scratch based on the analysis of the existing setup and instructions.
• Ensure seamless migration of the solution from the previous operator to the customer’s domain.
• Provide documentation and instructions for the newly implemented solution.
• Offer support and guidance to the customer during the transition period.

What You Bring:

• Experience analyzing and understanding technical flows, particularly within the context of MS Access solutions.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Swedish.
• Proficiency in MS Access, including the ability to develop solutions and manage databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the technical solution implementation process.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
