Assignment Description:

What you will work on:

• Presenting various integration options, with pros and cons, clearly communicating client prerequisites in pre-sales meetings alongside the sales/account manager.
• Maintaining integration guidelines and instructions for clients used in both pre-sales materials and onboarding activities.
• Managing and following up on internal service requests according to work instructions, regularly updating all stakeholders on status/progress.
• Troubleshooting client integration errors, including API errors, file errors (sFTP), and scanned invoices that fail automatic reads, and supporting clients in resolving these errors.
• Ensuring a seamless invoice flow through hands-on analysis of initial client invoices and data mapping support.

What you bring:

• Experience in XML file troubleshooting (reading and debugging XML structure and data field mapping).
• Experience with operations tasks related to sFTP services.
• Experience in a sales-supportive role.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express oneself clearly in both speech and writing.
• Experience working with external vendors in different locations.
• Experience in a multicultural environment and understanding its complexities.
• Basic understanding of Factoring, Leasing, and Asset Finance business.
• Strong drive and initiative.

• Proficiency in Swedish and English (speaking and writing).
