Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Change Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Lead and manage the change initiatives within the transformation program, focusing on the replacement of touch products and integrated systems in stores.
• Develop and implement structured change management strategies and plans to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify impacts, communicate changes, and ensure alignment across all levels of the organization.
• Conduct thorough analyses to understand business needs and devise effective change management approaches.
• Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and encouraging innovative thinking.

• POS Experience: Proven expertise in managing and implementing Point of Sale systems within a retail environment.
• Retail Experience: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the retail industry.
• SAP Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with SAP systems.
