Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team

What You Will Work On:

• Drive requirements work across business units, domains, and vendors.
• Serve as a thought leader analyzing business and system processes, capabilities, and needs.
• Create and manage business process documentation and features.
• Manage and administrate features in Jira, ensuring transparent communication at all levels.
• Support and coach business users in defining business needs.
• Facilitate the transformation into a modern and digitalized business environment.
• Partner with stakeholders across business units (e.g., sales, finance, security, compliance) and vendors to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements continuously, maintaining business processes and ensuring Jira is updated for transparent communication.
• Author and update internal and external documentation, formally initiating and delivering requirements and documentation.
• Report to the Workstream Lead for Requirements & Design.
• Continuously evaluate current workflows and suggest improvements based on previous experience.
• Support business users in their way of working.

What You Bring:

• Five or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformations.
• Experience with core banking transformations.
• In-depth knowledge of banking, factoring, and leasing business operations.
• Proven analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Expertise in Jira.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Effective interpersonal and people skills.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
