Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Construction EHS Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Evaluate future contractors’ EHS capabilities to ensure the selection of the right cooperation partners.
• Review contractors’ security teams and their plans to handle EHS matters effectively.
• Create detailed EHS plans for contractors, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Draft comprehensive work environment plans for the projects.
• Conduct daily debriefing meetings to review progress and address any incidents.
• Manage and resolve EHS-related incidents promptly and effectively.
• Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with EHS standards.
• Engage in discussions around EHS issues, providing expert advice and solutions.
• Demonstrate flexibility and presence during critical project moments.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in leading EHS work from design to execution in major investment projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong ability to evaluate contractors on EHS matters, ensuring the selection of qualified partners.
• Expertise in developing detailed EHS plans and work environment plans for large-scale projects.
• Capability to lead daily operational EHS work, including debriefing meetings and incident management.
• Experience in conducting thorough audits and inspections to ensure EHS compliance.
• Excellent communication skills to handle discussions around EHS issues effectively.
• Flexibility to be present during critical project phases and manage EHS concerns promptly.
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• BAS-U certification is a plus.
