Markering Coordinator

Are you creative and somewhat of a social media marketing expert? At Sesol, we are now looking for a driven and dedicated Marketing Coordinator for Cyprus. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a central role in how our Cyprus office is represented on social media.

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will work on creating content for our social media channels according to our content strategy. In this way, you will strengthen our employer brand and drive traffic to our pages to increase interest in our job openings. Your goal is to reach the right people by ensuring that our company is present on relevant platforms and showcasing material that appeals to the target audience.

Our Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing department to create and update web content, update images and texts, and provide the marketing team with materials. You will also collaborate with recruiters by updating and developing job advertisements and determining how and where we should be visible to attract applicants to our open positions. Another exciting task is to work with our events and tie these together with other initiatives, largely in collaboration with our managers on site in Cyprus.

The role also focuses on analyzing the results of our various efforts to see what works best. You will analyze target groups and competitors, monitor trends, and track outcomes from advertising, the website, and social media. This position is perfect for someone who is creative and knowledgeable in social media. We are looking for someone who wants to show us the way with their expertise and who will enjoy considerable freedom in doing so.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have a marketing education and significant experience in social media marketing, preferably with a focus on employer branding. You have the ability to craft engaging texts and are skilled in photography and video production. You thrive both in front of and behind the camera and are highly creative, driven, and well-organized. Your social skills are top-notch, and you enjoy being in the spotlight and interacting easily with others. You speak and write fluent English.
