Scania CV AB Our Business In Battery Production, we are setting up three new production lines. We are in the middle of a phase where we train and build competence to manufacture battery packs and cable harnesses for tomorrow's products in e-mobility. The products and production structure are completely new. Together with our colleagues, we are currently starting up product production, which is essential for Scania's fulfillment of the CO2 goals. We are changing our ERP system, from MONA to SAP, and with two almost fully automated production lines, EBBA, our MES system, is an important keystone in our production.  I need to strengthen my team in production technology with engineers who want to be involved in the start and be part of the creation of this production. Our Team Our Advanced Engineering team at Scania Battery Production is a new unit and is still forming. Recruitment is ongoing and we strive to get the best engineers out there. We will consist of specialists in different areas, which include Tool designers, Automation engineers, Data analysts, IT specialists, Layout engineers, and Tightening specialists. The Data Analyst Assignment * Support with business data analytics and creation of KPI reports. * Have a process mindset and identify based on new technology how we can work more efficiently. * To be at the forefront of understanding methods and tools in the field of data management that can gain business benefits. * Be the expert on collecting data and have the understanding to make user-friendly reports. * Set and maintain the development “pipeline” by Jenkins process for data analytics solutions. * Lead or support in the process of creating a report or application from beginning to end. * Manage Battery Factory housekeeping routines of service accounts, backup / restore, and business obligations on servers. * Control of the storage of data process for shop floor PC * Control & manage the need of traceability data (PII, Cloud data) & backup routines (cloud data / Snowflake(Power BI) ME, PII AM) Your Tasks Your tasks: * Lead or support in the work to set up power BI report based on the business needs * Lead or support based on business needs set up a power app solution for the business. * Have the ability to use data from other system to be used in the reporting solution. * Have the interest and holistic perspective to be in the fore front and explore in the field data management, build network and have an experimental view. Have interest to identify to take out data from different applications and system. Your Skills Needed skills: * 1-3 year of experience of Power BI / APP solutions * General knowledge in the Power platform * Have a general interest in database and report management * 1-3 years of knowledge DAX and SQL competence. * 1-3 years of experience in python / R programming Good communication skills Good ability to drive tasks and involve stakeholders Good ability to design interfaces for human interaction with the report. Is This You? We are looking for you who have an engineering degree or have completed Scania's technician training and preferably have worked at least 1 year in a role. We work in an international environment and the working language is English. Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, thus a basic requirement and Swedish is a merit. As a person, you are analytical, and structured, and can see connections. To succeed in this assignment, we believe that you have worked with similar systems before and are flexible as everyday life can be unpredictable. We also see that you are solution-focused and want to find best practices for developing the organisation and are a team player because we need to have good collaboration with our colleagues.
