Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Managing projects focused on IT security, ensuring alignment with overall IT development efforts.
• Collaborating effectively with various teams and departments across the organization to drive project success.
• Ensuring clear communication of complex security and IT concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Overseeing the operational stability of existing infrastructure while contributing to its evolution in line with ISO standards.

What You Bring:

• Extensive experience as a project manager, ideally within security-focused projects.
• Proven experience in IT development, with a strong understanding of IT and security capabilities.
• A relevant post-secondary IT education or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• A clear and effective communication style, with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex information to make informed decisions.

Additional Merits:

• Experience in the banking and finance sector, though not required, is highly desirable.
• A solid understanding of requirements management and supplier cooperation.
• Previous experience in managing requirements for complex projects is an advantage.
