We've previously delivered primarily customized standards and frameworks to each of our customers, doubling ARR in both 2022 and in 2023. Your mission is to outpace this and be part of creating ESG solutions that can be used to support the masses rather than the individual customer. This is your impact opportunity!

The product organization

We’re 50 product managers, sustainability specialists, product designers, and developers collaborating in cross-functional teams.

What you’ll get to do

• Integrate, optimize, and solve for the most important Sustainability standards in the sustainability reporting landscape to help our customer base achieve compliance
• Build the templates we use to deliver an outstanding experience to hundreds of customers
• Ideate, build, test, maintain and improve, you’ll be responsible for the full life-cycle of your solution building
• Be a technical platform expert to Product Managers on how our customer base' needs are best built up in our platform
• Share your knowledge and help the team evolve best practices; be a mentor and mentee
• Use your growth mindset to solve real problems for our customer base
• Work in small teams with short release cycles and a fail-fast approach that get things done
• Work in a culture of continuous improvement, adaptation, reflection, and growth
• Develop as a professional in an entrepreneurial department where you get to learn about product development, programming, and sustainability

To succeed in this role, we think you should

• Have a growth mindset and bias for action
• Have strong problem solving ability
• Be detail oriented
• Have working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
• Know basic programming
• Feel confident with taking ownership of larger projects and knowing how to scope and prioritize the tasks in order to be independent when needed
• Know about Sustainability reporting according to e.g. ESRS, EU Taxonomy, GHG protocol
• Have a background in engineering and an ambition to learn more about product development combined with sustainability

As a person, you have a positive attitude and we believe that you are curious and have a good sense of humor. You are a doer that takes initiatives with a sharp eye for details and you understand what to deliver according to the Solutions needs. You like to get things done and enjoy deep diving into complex sustainability standards where many perspectives and use cases need to be considered in the developing.

Location

We believe that you are based in the greater Stockholm or Malmö region and can be in the office at least 3 days a week, with the possibility to work remotely when it is more suitable for you and your work schedule.
