Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Testing Engineer Materials to join our team

What you will work on:

• Characterizing and evaluating surface-coated metal components for wood cutting processing.
• Determining and assessing material properties in laboratory and real-world settings.
• Developing and enhancing test methods for evaluation purposes.
• Documenting methods and testing procedures for future reference.

What you bring:

• Previous experience in testing and development roles.
• Basic knowledge of metallurgical testing, including sample preparation and methodology.
• Experience or familiarity with metallic materials and coatings (preferred).
• Familiarity with SEM (scanning electron microscope) is advantageous.
• Strong technical understanding and analytical skills.
• Ability to assess results, identify errors, and suggest improvements.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and goal-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Education: Civil engineering degree or higher, or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English and swedish.
