The job

As the customer service administrator, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that incoming cases do not remain in the case management system, and that errors are fixed effectively.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Contractual errands
  • Invoice errands
  • Complaints
  • Reminders and dunning
  • Customer admin incl chatt and portal
  • Forward invoicing
  • Approval of supplier invoices related to customer contracts
  • Monthly invoicing

Order & Billing

  • Invocing
  • Termination of contracts
  • Orders
  • Preparation invoicing
  • Admin after invoicing
  • Customer Validation, MDM, konkurser och likviditioner Kvalitetsarbet
  • Snow errands
  • MDM - Nav
  • Parking admin, invoicing and payments


Your qualifications

You speak and write Swedish at a B2 or C1 level and you can communicate in English (B1).

experience in related role.

You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

Strong analytical and interpretation skills with a "continuous improvement" and agile mindset.

You have strong communication skills and you work well under pressure with deadlines.
