HIL ENGINEER

Job Description

For our client, we are seeking experienced HIL Test Engineers who are ready for their next challenge. We make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering, and validating the products of tomorrow for the world’s leading manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for testing electric vehicle components (Inverter, Battery, Charging) on HIL, Test benches, Boxcar & Vehicle

Lead and set up testing strategy, quickly kick start testing scope for the project

Act as the point of contact and coordinate between onsite and offshore teams

Flexible in working in different testing areas and managing varying demands

Responsible for certification activities like EOBD, Cybersecurity, etc.

Qualifications

• Strong background and hands-on experience in system testing, function and vehicle testing
• Proficiency in setting up and working with HIL/SIL test benches (DSPACE)
• Knowledge of test tools – Vector tools (Canalyzer, Canoe), Debuggers, INCA, etc.
• Experience in test automation such as Vtest Studio, DSPACE Autodesk, Python
• Exposure to testing ISO26262 functional safety requirements
• Knowledge of UDS/Diagnostics testing is a must
• Awareness of CI tools chain (Jenkins) & test automation would be a plus
