PURPOSE:

Identify, generate and support sales, post-sales and admissions to Hyper Island Programs in Europe, by proactively following up with inbound leads and contacting potential applicants/students to be their main contact from first enquiry to course start.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As our Admissions Specialist at Hyper Island Europe, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our online/on-site programs in Europe to a global market. This is a hands-on, high activity sales role with a key impact on growing the number of students and revenue in this fast-growing business area.

Your primary focus will be to handle student/applicant enquiries, identify potential customers, initiate outreach, and to complete sales via phone, email and online/on-site events. You will be expected to take ownership over sales targets for your programs, strive to meet set KPIs and work continuously with sales optimisation to nurture leads into business opportunities. You will also support parts of the admissions process and post-sales functions, such as application review, interview/contract arrangements, and other student and program-related administrative tasks. You need to have a holistic approach on the sales process and to be a real do-er with a nothing-is-impossible attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling incoming enquiries and existing student relationships.
  • Drive sales via outreach and communication with potential customers via phone and email.
  • Take on ambitious sales targets and see them as an opportunity to contribute to Hyper Island’s success.
  • Support the admissions team and process as needed on interview arrangement, acceptance and enrollment documentation etc.
  • Constantly seeking and acquiring new sales opportunities.
  • Nurture relationships and generate communications and events to inspire, inform and retain students.
  • Proactively manage our CRM database (Hubspot) to ensure quality and reporting.
  • Work effectively in teams but also maximize your individual potential to optimize quality and efficiency of the sales process and student experience.

        EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCE:

        • 1+ years previous work experience within sales or customer service.
        • Bachelor’s degree or higher education equivalent.
        • Experience of taking customers through a complete sales process.
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any additional languages are a plus.
        • A natural affinity for communication in person, over the phone and in writing.
        • A passion for sales and proven drive to reach out and interact with potential customers.
        • Experience in helping clients assess their needs and guiding them to the right solution.
        • Experience from working with CRM systems, Hubspot is a plus but not essential.

        TERMS

        Full time, starting as soon as possible.
