Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Automotive – Test Object Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Lead, plan, organize, and control Physical Build activities within Product Development projects.
• Collaborate closely with the project team and PME to meet prototype needs for Physical Builds and parts.
• Ensure all activities align with specified requirements and project timelines.
• Manage large and complex projects with significant impact on business operations.
• Support teams by applying project management expertise, offering guidance, and providing coaching.
• Delegate work to junior professionals, review their output, and provide constructive feedback.
• Tackle challenging and complex problems, devising effective solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and status reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet goals and deadlines.

What You Bring:

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Physical Build project management.
• Expertise in leading, planning, organizing, and controlling project activities.
• Strong capability in managing high-complexity projects with substantial business impact.
• Proven ability to coach, review, and delegate work to junior professionals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience handling complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English (additional language skills not required).
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight from managers.
• Solid organizational and documentation skills.
• Educational background in a relevant field, complemented by extensive work experience.
