Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior 3D Polygon Modeler to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Create high-resolution and low-resolution 3D component models according to an established workflow.
• Utilize photos, CAD data, and physical models as references to ensure accuracy and optimization.
• Integrate models into a digital car dataset, forming the basis for commercial assets such as images, animations, and 3D experiences.
• Collaborate with the team to realize design projects into commercial assets through the Digital Twin and Digital Universe concepts.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a 3D polygon modeler in the automotive or gaming industry.
• Advanced skills in software tools such as Blender, Maya, or 3dsMax.
• Understanding of polygon modeling workflow, topology, and edge flow best practices for both subdiv and low poly models.
• Proficiency in UV unwrapping, shadow and normal baking, material assignment, hierarchies, and scene management.
• Scripting knowledge in Python or MEL is a plus.
• Experience with Deltagen for collecting, organizing, and cleaning reference CAD models is highly advantageous.
• Master’s degree from a university, technical college, or similar.
• Strong understanding of visualization software and technical pipeline for content creation.
• Several years of relevant experience in the automotive industry, computer game industry, CGI production, or product experience companies.
• Motivated and committed with a “nothing is impossible” attitude.
• Strong cooperation and communication skills, with a propensity for knowledge sharing and teamwork.
• Highly driven and result-oriented, striving for excellence in the field.
• Fluent in English
