Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Root cause Analysis/Task Force Lead to join our dynamic team

What You Will Work On:

• Lead investigations of complex technical issues to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Develop solutions to address underlying problems rather than just symptoms.
• Ensure high-quality RCAs are conducted within agreed timelines.
• Communicate investigation status and results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead a team of technical engineers and experts to identify root causes in accordance with the PIP process.
• Document RCA findings and hand over unresolved issues to the responsible function.

What You Bring:

• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of gas turbines and general technical engineering.
• Clear communication skills in English; Swedish proficiency is advantageous.
• Understanding of commercial and legal aspects related to customer communications.
