Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Act as the main interface for quality within internal production.
• Plan, coordinate, control, and organize production quality activities in the Finspång factory for assigned order projects.
• Collaborate with Project Quality Management to meet customer quality demands.
• Assess production capabilities to ensure compliance with customer-specific project requirements.
• Ensure necessary resources are available to execute the project plan effectively.
• Manage Customer Witness Points (CWPs) during production.
• Collect and review Siemens Energy Quality Documentation (QCP/ITP, MRB, etc.).
• Incorporate lessons learned into Project Risk Mitigation Plans.

What You Bring:

• Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, power, process engineering, or similar).
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing); knowledge of Swedish is a significant advantage.
• Experience or education related to design, specification, or operation of rotating machinery is an advantage.
• Knowledge of additional languages such as French, Spanish, and/or Arabic is an advantage.
• Structured and cooperative personality.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to project advancement.
• Previous experience in a quality organization is an advantage.
