Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Supplier Quality Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Serve as the primary interface for supplier quality within projects.
• Develop and implement supplier oversight plans to mitigate project risks.
• Evaluate the capability of the supplier base to meet customer-specific project requirements and purchasing plans.
• Ensure the availability of necessary resources to execute the Supplier Quality (SQ) project plan effectively.
• Manage Customer Witness Points (CWPs) at supplier sites.
• Collect and review Supplier Quality Documentation, including MQCP/ITP, MRB, etc.
• Incorporate lessons learned into project risk mitigation plans.
• Work as part of the project quality team, coordinating all supplier quality activities.
• Establish, coordinate, and monitor quality plans based on customer contracts, internal instructions, local laws, and regulations.
• Engage in limited international business travels to coordinate quality efforts across global suppliers.

What You Bring:

• Degree in engineering or an equivalent background.
• Previous experience in project organization is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Experience or education related to the design, specification, or operation of rotating machinery.
• Positive, robust, tolerant, and cooperative personality.
• Strong team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking skills.
