About the role We are looking for a Strategic Advisor with good business insight to join our team and contribute to our strategy, in collaboration with the E.ON group. Working alongside a dedicated and experienced team, you will have the opportunity to shape and refine our strategy, focusing on key areas such as capacity, availability, sustainability, and customer relations. Additionally, you will drive initiatives in digitalization and culture and competence, ensuring these enablers support our strategic goals effectively. As a Strategic Advisor, your role will involve advising our organization on strategic matters, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our long-term objectives. Your perspective will emphasize maintaining a strategic outlook, continuously reviewing and potentially adjusting our strategic focus areas as needed. Participation in cross-divisional strategy projects will further broaden your impact across the organization. Beyond these responsibilities, you will contribute to our company's strategic and political positioning. Your expertise will be pivotal in analyzing and evaluating strategic choices, providing insightful recommendations to our Leadership Team. Supporting senior management, you will offer guidance in your specialized field, presenting project outcomes and proposals to steering committees at the highest levels of management. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in developing and assessing strategic portfolio measures aimed at guiding E.ON Energidistribution toward our targeted objectives. Your commitment to excellence will also extend to mentoring colleagues and project team members, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality work throughout our initiatives. About you that we want to hire For you to have the best opportunities to succeed in the role, we hope that you have demonstrable affinity with, and knowledge of energy networks as well as customer centricity. You probably have university degree preferably in business administration, economics, strategic management or engineering (or similar). If you can easily follow technical discussion, bring working experience in project management or strategy, and are motivated to enable energy transition with us, this position is a great fit.  As a person, we would like you to have a strong external orientation and the ability to independently own and drive projects/modules/work packages within bigger teams. You probably have excellent problem-solving skills and confidence to apply common strategy tools as well as the ability to understand and assimilate complex topics quickly.  You speak and write fluent Swedish and English and have no problem working in an international environment.
