At Alucrom, we extend the life of everything from very small product details, to vehicles, cisterns and entire bridges. We are looking for you who wants a role with varied tasks in Alucrom's organization in western Sweden, where you work in both our business areas; factory and contracting. This role offers a dynamic everyday life and is suitable for those who are flexible, willing to work in different locations and open to travel for work. You will also have the opportunity for personal and professional development.

We welcome both those with extensive experience of anti-corrosion painting, regardless of whether you have worked in a paint factory or out in the field and those who have just entered working life. Regardless of whether you currently work as a building painter, industrial painter or car painter, the most important thing for us is that you enjoy the profession, are skilled at what you do and are willing to learn more.

Alucrom currently has 13 strategically located factories in Sweden, Finland and Poland. In Sweden, we have factories from Nyvång in the south to Gävle in the north. Our experienced contracting team comes with complete equipment for blasting and painting at the customer's site or various objects. Our head office is located in Arendal, Gothenburg, where we also have our brand new factory Arendals Backe – the Nordic region's most modern facility for heavy rust protection painting.

If we may wish

• You have experience of working in a similar role, preferably from a painting shop, workshop or other industry

• You have knowledge of different blasting techniques and color theory

• You have experience of conducting maintenance at the customer's site

• You are meticulous, take responsibility for the work progressing and are keen to complete what you have started in a good way

• You speak Swedish or English

• You are interested in development and see opportunities for changes and improvements in the work

If you also have one of the following with you, we consider it an advantage

• Training to become a diploma painter

• Experience and qualifications for driving forklifts and overhead cranes

• Driving licence
