We are looking for a

Technical Implementation Manager

(unlimited, full-time) Join our Nordic team at one of our locations in Varberg, Stockholm, Uppsala, Oslo or Helsinki – flexible working conditions available

As a Technical Implementation Manager you will be in charge of bringing new key account clients and parters live and developing our existing implementations to the next level, with a focus on the Nordic market.

For you to succeed in this position, you are used to work in a multilateral organization, are a keen problem solver and are happy to put the customer at the centre. This role requires technical understanding, as well as familiarity to overarching IT architecture. With your knowledge of our processes, APIs and products, you help to simplify the integration with Riverty and enable an optimal customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will support the implementation of new Riverty products for our local and international clients, with a focus on our Nordic market
  • You will be in regular contact with the clients and colleagues via telephone and video conferences in order to complete integration tasks on time
  • You will interact with key stakeholders such as sales, product, and finance to ensure smooth onboarding experience and client satisfaction
  • You will combine project management, consulting and technical problem-solving tasks in one role
  • You will contribute with specialist competence towards product and development team
  • You will check logs and systems for correctness and, together with stakeholders from pan-European teams, make a significant contribution to error analysis
  • You will create comprehensive documentation for integration solutions and provide step-by-step guides to enable others to succeed

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in the IT field or a comparable education
  • You have 3+ years of initial experience in technical implementations and/or as a technical project manager
  • You are interested in e-commerce and e-payments and ideally have experience with debt collection
  • You have initial knowledge of REST API, XML and SQL would be an advantage
  • You enjoy client contact and driving topics forward and finding solutions
  • You have strong communication skills, enabling working closely together with internal stakeholder, suchas Sales, Operational Finance, Key Account Management and Operations
  • You have an initiative-taking and positive attitude; take pride and ownership in your work
  • You communicate confidently in English and Swedish or Norwegian, both verbally and in writing. Any other Nordic language is a plus
