About the position
Professionals Nord, in collaboration with Infrabetong, is looking for a team lead in concrete construction. This position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is handled by Professionals Nord, and you will be employed directly by Infrabetong.
The position involves a considerable amount of travel, so your geographical location is less important. The current projects is in the northern parts of Sweden, but if you live elsewhere and are open to traveling for work, your place of residence is flexible.

In the role of team lead, you are offered a dynamic day-to-day life where no two days are the same. You will be involved in managing projects from planning to final production, ensuring that information, materials, and resources are available to meet deadlines. Additionally, you will maintain regular contact with customers to create and maintain good working relationships. You will also:
Has a background in concrete work and experience in site management. You are used to leading and managing projects and have experience in customer relations. You have a consultative and pedagogical approach. Furthermore, you have a strong ability to develop and build business relationships and enjoy acting as a bridge between the company and the customer, where you are a key player in ensuring smooth cooperation and meeting deadlines. The requirements for the position are good knowledge of English and a driving license.
START: According to agreement/as soon as possible
