We’re now looking for an Outbound Planner for the EMEA region to join our team in Svedala as part of the Crushing Solutions division. We’re globally accountable for managing the supply chain planning and order execution for aftermarket parts for stationary crushers and we work in close cooperation with our customers and factories to ensure efficiency. This is a great job if you wish to develop further and learn more about supply chain management, while enhancing your own strategic planning skills and building an interesting network spread across the globe.

Your mission - cooperating with stakeholders to generate efficient logistics planning

In this role, you’re responsible for managing all order-related activities within your dedicated area by coordinating deliveries, logistics, technical and commercial verifications, confirmations and associated communication – for aftermarket. You match our customers’ needs with globally available resources and you ensure the delivery of goods and relevant documentation. Collaborating with our production units and warehouses, you find the best possible solutions to ensure excellent customer service. Additionally, you build and maintain close cooperation with our external partners and other key stakeholders in our organization.

On top of executing operational tasks, we expect you to provide input to improve our order management and planning processes, as well as participating in overall development activities.

Your character - a structured and collaborative coordinator with a flexible mindset

We’re looking for someone with a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or another similar field, or with the same competence acquired through a working career. To be successful in this position, you have operational experience from logistics or supply chain management – such as order management, planning, warehouse management or shipping. We also value experience from working in an international environment with global customers and global distribution of warehouses and manufacturing. You’re a skilled user of Microsoft Office applications and ERP(SAP) systems, and as we act in a global setting, you communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Your character is key to our success! By combining structure and flexibility, you adapt to varying conditions, and you work well in a fast-paced environment without losing focus on quality and details. You’re analytical and enjoy interacting with people from various cultures. As your work includes operating in a diverse and complex business, you have an excellent ability to prioritize and organize your job. Customer focus is of great importance to you, and you’re passionate about delivering top quality service by communicating, being flexible and understanding the customer’s point of view. Your engagement and your confident ways also enable you to gain commitment from our stakeholders.

At Sandvik, we believe that diversity of experience, perspective and background leads to a better environment for our employees, our business and our customers. We’re looking forward to meeting you!
