Opportunity

Join us a People Partner (HR Partner) in Sweden, based in our site in Strömstad or Gothenburg.

As People Partner, you’ll play a vital part in our success. You’ll work closely with leaders and support the delivery of the HR annual cycle of their teams. You will mainly support our leaders in Customs offices in Sweden and Norway. Travelling is required in this role.

As part of our Nordics People Partner team, you should be a genuine people person who thrives in a dynamic setting. Your role involves engaging with different stakeholders and using your HR expertise to support leaders on various people matters and policies.

Your future

The People Partner role encompasses diverse responsibilities. Knowledge of labor law in Sweden and Norway is crucial for the role.

Thriving in a dynamic environment, you'll utilize your extensive HR expertise to mentor and support leaders effectively:

  • Build strong relationships with leaders and teams, acting as their main HR contact and advisor.
  • Support leaders in resolving employee issues and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Manage the local delivery of the annual HR Cycle, including performance and talent management, compensation, succession planning, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with Swedish and Norwegian employment laws and Union agreements.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to deliver HR processes and resolve complex cases.
  • Validate and manage people data.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for leaders and employees on various HR topics.
  • Assist with on-site recruitment and coordinate activities like onboarding and training.
  • Work closely with the Global Mobility team.

About you

To succeed in this role, you should genuinely be a people’s person and thrive in an environment where no two days are alike. As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master is an advantage with 5+ years adequate professional experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Experienced in supporting leaders at all levels, preferably from an international company.
  • Passionate about partnering with leaders to drive business results.
  • Knowledgeable in Norwegian and Swedish labor law with union experience
  • Skilled in managing relationships and navigating complex stakeholder matrices in large international organizations.
  • Proficient in using an annual HR wheel framework.
  • Strong in change management, facilitation, and coaching.
  • Self-driven, energetic, with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Proficient with Workday or similar HCM system.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
