About the Role:
As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving eCommerce success for Samsung in the Nordic region. You will work within the Nordic D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) Marketing Team, collaborating closely with the Nordic eStore Team, local media agencies, Category Marketing Teams, and the European Office. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing activities, including SEM, Social, Display, Affiliate, and more.

This is a consultancy via Adecco that is set to start within immediate affect and go on until 31th of august 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Nordic eStore Team, local media agencies, and European Office to maximize commercial results on Samsung.com within the allocated media budget.
  • Develop best-in-class media strategies for the Nordic markets.
  • Manage the eCommerce media budget and Purchase Order (PO) processes.
  • Oversee the entire media process, from briefing to implementation and KPI analysis.
  • Act as the key point of contact for day-to-day agency management.
  • Implement and review cross-channel media strategies to maximize sales outcomes, especially during product launches.
  • Oversee asset creation and localization.
  • Drive media efficiency to meet traffic and revenue targets.
  • Define media investments and channel mix to ensure digital performance marketing success.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report insights to optimize future strategies.

About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in eCommerce traffic acquisition and digital marketing. You have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce traffic acquisition and digital marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of digital media planning and common media platforms like Google Marketing Platform, Meta, TikTok, Snap, and more.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent understanding of KPIs and how to optimize them over time.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to target diverse audiences effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing media budgets across multiple countries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a team-oriented and solution-focused attitude.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Nordic languages is an advantage.
