- Lead Wolt’s General and Administrative hiring areas and complex countries.
- Lead a large team of talent acquisition members, including being a leader of leaders. Guide the short-term priorities as well as long-term vision and mission and your team’s career development, learning and engagement.
- Focus on acquiring top diverse talent to meet our current and future hiring needs, via a clear DEI roadmap
- Build scalable, operational excellence improvements to deliver evergreen talent for Wolt’s most complex needs across 28+ countries. Tailor strategies and processes to individual market nuances, cultural, legal and other differentiating factors that create recruiting complexity and require careful navigation or ‘out-of-the-box’ approaches.
- Attract, develop, and retain recruiters. Sourcers and TA leads of all levels and capabilities, with a focus on industry knowledge and innovation.
- Partner closely with People Analytics - Deploy forecasting, reporting, and analytics rigor to track key recruiting metrics and measure progress against team OKRs (objectives and key results).
- Deliver ongoing reports to track results, impact, hiring quality, and cost-effectiveness of the recruiting team.
- Adapt your strategy to reflect insights and necessary actions.
- Empower and guide your team on the quality and consistency of MBR’s and QBR’s that transparently update senior leaders on the health of hiring, highlights, lowlights, solutions, further investment needs and calls to action.
- Partner with the Talent Marketing & Employer Branding team on effective, ‘always on’, instant advertising & campaigns, as well as long-term market messaging, EVP and overall content strategy to drive energy and enthusiasm for Wolt as a top employer of choice
- Partner with the Rewards team to influence fair & competitive pay, remove hiring bottlenecks and enable recruiting teams to attract world-class people
- Partner with People Business Partners and Finance on headcount planning for your span of control/ business verticals you support, bringing intelligence and insights from your business that inform the overarching TA capacity & demand planning: ensure effective capacity and demand balancing within your own org, nimbly utilizing fungible talent to reallocate support across stakeholder groups to cater to peaks and troughs in hiring activity
Requirements
- You have at least 10 years of recruiting or equivalent business experience, with at least 5 years of experience leading and managing high-performing TA teams within a hyper-growth environment at progressive companies.
- Have led teams of min 10 and already been a leader of leads
- Prior knowledge and expertise within fast-moving tech /e-commerce companies in a Senior manager/Head of/Director level role.
- You're skilled at using data and analytics to develop insights and drive decisions.
- You have a strong point of view on how diversity and inclusion play a key role in a company’s success, track record of leading teams to achieve diversity recruiting goals, and proven success working with internal and external diversity partners.
- You have adaptable and superior communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) at all levels (individual contributor to executive level).
- Prior experience engaging with and influencing C-suite or min. VP level stakeholders
- Prior experience collaborating and influencing cross-functionally with partner teams (Reward, HR BP’s, Finance, etc)
- International experience spanning multiple countries of varying complexity
