UX Designer

Are you passionate about UX design and have a background in the banking or fintech sector? We’re looking for a talented UX Designer to join our team in Stockholm.

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will:

• Develop solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.
• Conduct user testing and ensure accessibility standards are met.
• Make design decisions based on research, insights, and data.
• Take ownership of driving your product forward.
• Serve as the user’s advocate within the team.
• Design across channels and products to maintain a holistic approach.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least four years of experience in creating digital designs.
• Fluent in English & Swedish
• Relevant educational background.
• Ability to follow established design patterns while also thinking innovatively.
• A strong commitment to accessibility in design.
• A proactive approach to challenging and evolving work methods and processes.
• Previous experience working as a UX designer in the banking or fintech sectors.
