We develop and optimize flexible energy assets such as large-scale battery energy storage to store electricity when there is a production surplus and return it to the system when there is a shortage. This ensures the stability of the grid, increases the uptake of renewable energy sources such as wind and solar, and maximizes the utilization of the grid in a cost-efficient manner.Today, Ingrid Capacity is in a rapid growth phase with a historic expansion of energy storage in Sweden, while also expanding internationally. We currently have approximately 200 MW under construction, over 200 MW entering the construction phase, and a total development pipeline of over 4 GW across Europe.

About the roleIn the role as Asset Manager you will have the opportunity to work with the interface between business and technology managing a portfolio of grid scale battery energy storage systems (BESS) projects in Sweden, starting by take over when each asset becomes operational.

We believe you are a true all-rounder, as in this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and profitability of our assets and interface with many parts of the organization as well as external stakeholders. You will also be a part of defining our asset management operations, creating, developing and partly implementing improved processes and procedures that ensure safe and efficient operations of our sites together with a team of highly skilled professionals. You report directly to the Head of Asset Management.
