What you will do In the role of Performance Media Manager for Telenor, you will have a central and crucial role in Telenor's marketing activities. You will have the operational and strategic responsibility for Telenor's performance media strategy, budget utilization, campaign activation and optimization, with the aim of strengthening our position in the long term and driving sales in the short term. The responsibility extends from the strategic foundation to operational implementation, ongoing optimization, and follow-up of media investments and their impact on concrete KPIs in line with the overall and performance strategy. You will also lead a transformative agenda that focuses on innovation and efficiency in our digital marketing efforts.You will work closely with other media related stakeholders internally as well as external agencies and partners. You will be part of Telenor Sweden's centralized media unit.   Responsibilities * Drive Telenor's performance media strategy from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring a comprehensive approach to activation planning and continuous optimization of digital performance marketing activities. * Develop and maintain a relevant KPI framework to track measurable progress towards business objectives. * Manage and oversee the performance media budget and administration, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. * Close collaboration with media managers, sales and brand managers, as well as other functions within the marketing unit. * Cross-Functional Collaboration working closely with other marketing team members, data analysts, and external partners to integrate digital paid media strategies into the broader marketing mix. * Work closely with media and creative agencies to enhance strategic initiatives. * Implement necessary tools to measure progress and KPI impact, translating data and insights into actionable strategies. * Proactively identify development areas and trends in media, driving their successful implementation within Telenor's marketing framework.   Who you are To succeed in the role of Performance Media Manager, you have a strong background in digital marketing with direct experience of working with performance marketing. You are strategically skilled with good execution ability, translating performance media strategy into active campaigns with concrete KPIs and continuous optimization. You are proactive and have a data-driven mindset, making decisions based on insights and performance metrics. You are someone who wants to drive results and enjoys taking on challenges. We are looking for someone who can see the big picture, dares to be proactive, and has good judgement. As a person, you are also decisive and take responsibility, but you are also a flexible team player who builds good relationships both internally and externally. Furthermore, you can handle complex information and can draw conclusions, condense, and communicate the essence. We are looking for a team player who is eager to top your latest achievement.   Key qualifications * Graduate degree in marketing, economics, or communication. * Minimum 3+ years of experience in strategic and operational performance media activations * Deep knowledge of digital marketing, with experience from holistic media planning encompassing both offline and digital channels - although your true expertise lies within lower funnel activations. * Specialized expertise in performance marketing. Exceptional analytical skills and experience in data management. * Experience in using analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. * Comfortable with digital marketing tools and platforms, with an interest in learning and leveraging new technologies * Structured, delivery-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently. * High self-motivation and a solution-oriented mindset. * Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in Swedish and English.
