Now it is time to take the next step on this sustainability journey, do you want to join?  What you’ll do  As a Internal Control and Risk Manager you will be a key team player in Finance Center of Excellence (CoE) team. You will act as a project manager and setting up the control environment for our sustainability reporting to make sure we have an ICSR Framework in place by 2027. You will:  * Implement ICSR within our organization, including stakeholder management * Support the organization with advice on setting up controls to cover the risks within the sustainability area * Identify future legislation changes that will impact the way we work  * Drive ICSR communication activities internally and externally  * Represent Telenor Sweden in Telenor Nordics and Group ICSR networks * Contribute to the Finance Center of Excellence team common work and projects  You will be part of the CoE team, that today consists of in total six experts within ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting), Risk Management, Accounting, TAX, Treasury and Insurances. The team advise the company on subject issues and lead projects within their specific area. You will report to the Head of Finance Center of Excellence.  Who are you  To succeed in this role, you demonstrate the ability to work independently and in a “can do” attitude. You have the ability to work with details as well as seeing the bigger picture. You work in close collaboration with stakeholders, both internally and externally which put high expectations on your collaboration and project management skills. You have previous experience as a project manager and understand the importance of internal control. You are solution oriented, efficient, structured, dedicated and not afraid to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.  To succeed in this role you shall have:  * A degree at Bachelor level (or higher) on business administration, management or equal  * Relevant work experience * Experience from internal control * Strong integrity * Written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English  The following is a merit:  * Proven track record of manager/leadership roles or experience as an auditor * Interest in, and experience from, the sustainability area Come join the team  If you would like to know more, please contact Hiring Manager Ann Zackrisson, ann.zackrisson@telenor.se , Head of Finance Center of Excellence.
