Are you a skilled analyst with a passion for the fintech industry and a drive to shape a company’s financial functions? SAVR is looking for a talented individual to join our Finance & Risk team, helping to build strong financial processes that support our product initiatives and business growth.
At SAVR, you'll play a key role in shaping our financial strategies, collaborating closely with the CFO and leadership team to drive the company’s success. You will report to our CFO and be based at our Stockholm office.

What you'll do:Finance:
- Update financial forecasts in alignment with the product roadmap, SAVR’s performance, and customer trading behaviour insights.
- Develop decision-making materials for management and the Board, including budgets, capital planning, and stress tests
- Improve financial KPIs and budgeting to facilitate cost-effective decision-making.
- Provide financial analysis for various projects and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain financial processes for new products, such as designing and optimising cash management processes.
- Support key accounting processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Capital & Liquidity:
- Maintain accurate forecasts for capital and liquidity requirements.
- Streamline processes and ensure timely submission of IFR reports for regulatory compliance
- Enhance financial control frameworks, particularly for interest rates, FX, and liquidity management.
Risk framework
- Enhance and maintain SAVR’s Enterprise Risk Management framework.
- Contribute to the development of quarterly risk management reports for the Board
- Support external and internal audit processes.
What we're looking for:
- Masters degree in Engineering, Finance or equivalent
- 1-4 years of experience from management consulting, business analyst or finance, bringing skills in financial analysis, budgeting and accounting processes
- You are comfortable and thrive in an environment that frequently requires quick adaptation and where you can contribute in building best practices
- You have excellent attention to detail and a well-developed analytical toolki
- You are diligent and solution oriented, and you want to win as a team
- Previous experience risk management is of interest and merit
- Swedish and English Fluency
- You are skilled in Excel
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL or Python is of merit
- Previous experience from the financial sector and/or fintech is of merit
