Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes for our restaurant and banquets
- Maintain consistency and excellence in every dish
- Supervise and support junior kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with Sous Chef and our Executive Chef to create innovative menus
- Support with inventory and order supplies as needed
Requirements:
- + 5 years of proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Exceptional cooking skills and creativity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Formal culinary training is required
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
