As a team, we manage client facing applications and related APIs for Nordea’s customers. You will join awesome colleagues from across the world in delivering solutions to our customers in a never before seen pace, ensuring that Nordea will remain a frontrunner in digital banking services. Would you like to be at the centre of our digital development responsible for providing convenient self service solutions to boost Digital Sales cross nordics. We are looking for a talented Product Owner to join the Sales train in the Customer Engagement Hub. This is a new role in a new soon established team. About this opportunity As a Product Owner you will be focused on providing our customers with the best digital sales  experience in Nordea Digital - our Mobile and Netbank channels. You will join a cross functional agile team consisting skilled and pro-active people with strong knowledge of their domains to continuously develop our sales platform. What you’ll be doing: * Collaborating with the Product Manager and different stakeholders to translate high level business demand into more concrete features and user stories * Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the team and the products you will be responsible for * Becoming the subject matter expert in your area of responsibility – your product * Ensure that the agile development team delivers value * Monitor customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities * Knowing competitor and best in class solutions within area of responsibility The role is based in Nordea’s Swedish Head Office in Stockholm and Helsinki. We follow hybrid model of working. Some travel in the Nordics should be expected. Ideal starting time is by October 2024. Who you are Collaboration. Ownership. Passion. Courage. These are the values that guide us in being at our best – and that we imagine you share with us.   To succeed in this role, we believe that you: * Knows sales and have + 5 years of experience from the financial services industry/Banking * Experience from PO roles and agile ways of working is expected * Have strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead and influence others in a matrix organization * Have the ability to grasp customer needs quickly and can bridge to the technical solutions and able to ask right questions * Have a proactive, innovative and can-do oriented mind-set with the ability to convert new ideas into concrete actions * As you will be working with a broad range of stakeholders you must be comfortable with working in a high-paced environment and able to find common solutions across multiple viewpoints * Fluency in written and spoken English In addition, it is beneficial if you: * Have experience from banking or other regulated industry If this sounds like you, get in touch!
