We're on the hunt for a People Manager Specialist Partner to join our high-energy team! As a strategic HR leader, you'll be the driving force behind creating amazing employee experiences.



Job Description


What you'll do:

  • Partner with leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 talent acquisition team leads based in Sweden, which manages distributed teams working and hiring across EMEA. Accountable for team performance and overall results.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions for continual enhancement of the talent acquisition function.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, partnering with senior leadership and stakeholders to align hiring and project plans strategically. Distribute responsibilities effectively within the recruitment team.
  • Continue to build, oversee, and optimize end-to-end global TA practices, including strategies, career progress & framework, methodologies, and processes.



Qualifications


What you'll bring:

  • Bias for action: You have previously led TA strategy execution, translating organizational goals into actionable talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Leadership skills: Track record of mentoring, coaching, developing, and cultivating high-performing, diverse teams across various locations, ensuring exceptional results.
  • Continuous improvement approach: Extensive experience in refining and optimizing global TA practices, with a curiosity for enhancing methodologies and fostering operational excellence.
  • Data driven mindset: Proficient in leveraging data insights to refine recruitment metrics, identify trends, and drive continual improvement in TA practices.
