Team Lead Manufacturing Engineering

Your responsibilities The Manufacturing Engineering Team Lead will oversee the engineering team, driving the implementation of efficient manufacturing processes, improving production workflows, and ensuring the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8-10 production process- and production preparation engineers. • Maintain and improve procedures within current production system • Active role in the standardization of routines with focus of efficiency and effectiveness • Work within LEAN projects within the production department • Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technologies. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team Who are we looking for? Furthermore, we believe you have strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and teamwork. • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or related field. • Proven Experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing engineering teams. • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and other production methodologies. • Proficient in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
