All about the role:

As software is playing an increasingly significant role in enabling digital consumer experiences, we are gearing up to become more agile, faster in responding to market demands and quicker in identifying new market opportunities. This involves elevating our appliances to digital, software-defined products in a seamless integration of modular electronics, software, connectivity platform, and digital services.

We’re looking for a Product Operations Lead to join us on our journey.

What you'll do:

You will work together with a large pool of Product, Engineering & Design Managers, to help streamlining our product development and operational processes, and growing Product Management practices across the whole Digital Experience organization.

In detail, you will:

· Ensure product management is carried out in an appropriate way across the entire product lifecycle, from development through launch to continuous evolution of our digital products.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency across the organization e.g., Big Room Planning and OKRs structures, demos, intersection with the Electrolux Product Development and Commercial Launch process (PDCL).

· Champion product management practices such as goals setting, product road mapping, product discovery, deriving insights from data, A/B testing, data-driven experimentation, and integration of user feedback into product development.

· Foster success metrics definition and performance tracking, especially for metrics that affect multiple teams, such as MAU, retention, cross-team vitals, costs vs revenues.

· Evaluate, select, and implement tools that enhance product management efficiency and workflows, defining best practices for integration into daily operations.

· Support the collaboration between Digital Experience and external stakeholders, aligning tools and communication around appliance generation plans, digital roadmaps, supporting material for commercial launches, quality assurance.

· Coach Product Managers of different seniority towards best practices in all the above areas, as the Digital Experience organization continues to scale and handles a growing and more complex portfolio of products.

Who you are:

· A Product Lead or Product Operations Manager with 10+ years of experience in user-centric agile environments at scale.

· Solid experience in modern product management practices such as Scrum, Product Road mapping, Product Discovery, OKRs, Unit Economy.

· Profonda conoscenza del ciclo di vita del prodotto digitale, delle pratiche di progettazione UX e delle architetture software di alto livello.

· Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione nei confronti di ingegneri, progettisti e stakeholder aziendali in grandi organizzazioni.

· Attitudine pratica e una comprovata esperienza nel fornire un impatto reale sul mercato.
