Finnish Customer Advisor

We are seeking a Customer Advisor for our client's Collections department!

In this outbound role, you'll primarily reach out to customers who are behind on payments, helping them find solutions or setting up long-term plans. You'll also handle some incoming calls and related administration. We’re looking for someone who enjoys customer interactions and sees each call as an opportunity to assist.

Your role will involve providing professional service tailored to each unique situation by:

• Handling customer issues related to overdue payments over the phone.
• Performing related administrative tasks.
• Collaborating with internal teams.

About you

To excel this role, your personal qualities are essential. We are looking for someone who is communicative and empathetic, enjoys working towards results, and is flexible.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in customer service, preferably over the phone.
• Speaks Finnish and English fluently.

It's a plus if you also:

• Speak Swedish.
• Have experience in pre-collection or collection.
