As our business is growing steadily in the Nordics, we are now seeking an experienced, dynamic and self-driven Sales Manager, Sweden to join our team.

Position Overview and Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate has a strong background in technical sales with specific expertise in district heating and cooling. He/she will play a key role in establishing our presence in Sweden by utilizing his/her existing network of contacts within the industry. Previously acquired knowledge of heat distribution energy systems as substations, cooling technology and refrigeration applications or heat exchangers gives our new Sales Manager a strong start for expanding our sales to the Swedish HVAC market.

Main tasks and responsibilities in this new role are to:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HVAC contractors and other key stakeholders in the industry in Sweden.
  • Answer to requests for proposals and create an offers independently.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth by promoting Onda Nordic's range of products and solutions through chosen marketing channels.
  • Provide basic technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring a deep understanding of our products and their applications.
  • Collaborate closely with Onda's technical and product development teams and report of sales activities within the Onda Sales organization.
  • Self-action skills to make thermal calculations of ONDA products, district energy substations and pricing of all these to our customers in Sweden.
Qualifications:

The successful candidate benefits from a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and +3 years of proven experience in technical sales within the HVAC industry. He/she should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long lasting customer. As a person we seek a self-motivated and results-driven person who has a passion for sales and business development and a genuine interest for keeping up to date with latest trends in the industry. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

This work requires some travelling but due to its nature it also requires a fair amount of office work either from your home office or suitable coworking premises.

As the new Sales Manager is Onda's first key player with permanent location close to one of Sweden's economic growth centers he/she gets plenty of opportunities for professional growth and development. To support him/her in this demanding position we offer up to date support and training from our Nordic Headquarters in Finland. Sales Manager, Sweden will report to CEO, Onda Nordic in Finland.
